おすすめメニューを実食
みずさわで一番人気は間違いなく生姜醤油らーめんですが、こってり好きな人には『背脂醤油らーめん』をおすすめします。値段は780円です。
具は、チャーシュー2枚・メンマ・タマネギ・岩ノリが入っています。
チャーシューは柔らかくて噛まなくてもちぎれるくらい。
生のタマネギが入ると、こってりだけどさっぱりしますね。
スープの表面は背脂がかなり浮かんでいますが、意外にもさっぱりしていて、スープも最後まで飲めてしまいます。
背脂が入ることでスープにコクが追加されるので、こってりだけどもたれることなく食べることができます。
麺もコシがあり背脂スープともよく絡みやすい。
写真だと脂が多いように感じると思いますが、品がある脂で最後まで飲み干せます。
ガツンとしたクセのあるこってりラーメンが好きな方には、少し物足りないかもしれません。
卓上にはすりおろしニンニクが置いてあるので、背脂醤油にはよく合います。

見た目よりかは食べやすいので、飲みの後に食べるのもOKだと思います。
生姜醤油は他のラーメン屋にはない特徴だと思うので、今後も利用頻度は増えそうです。
