人気メニューの『もりそば』を実際に食べてみた感想
今回は、『もりそば』を注文しました。
値段は730円です。
具材は、メンマ・チャーシュー・煮卵が入っています。
具の量が多いので、大変満足できます。
チャーシューは、表面が炙られています。
麺は大勝軒風で、モチモチというよりはツルツル食感です。
ツルツルしているので、喉越しがよくて食べやすいです。
コシの強さは、あまり感じられませんでした。
スープにはネギがたっぷりと入っていて、魚粉もかかっているので、味に深みが出ています。
スープの味は想像以上に甘味が強めで、後から酸味がくる感じです。
濃厚というよりかはあっさり系なので、ツルツルな麺との相性は良かったと思います。
